Beth Kinyua holds a Bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Community Development, a Diploma in Project Management (Social Development) and a certified administrative assistant. With over five years of experience, Beth has built a strong track record in advancing integration, inclusion, and advocacy efforts, particularly within migrant and asylum-seeking communities in Ireland. Her work spans both grassroots service delivery and high-level strategic engagement. She has facilitated community support clinics, group workshops, and training programs, while also contributing to national advocacy efforts through stakeholder collaboration and policy influence. Her expertise includes community engagement, advocacy and policy support, stakeholder networking, project and program management, and technical and administrative coordination. Known for her leadership, initiative, and dedication to inclusive development, Beth has made a significant impact in the areas of migrant women’s empowerment, especially among International Protection Applicants (IPAs). Her approach combines a strong sense of purpose with effective project management and a deep understanding of community needs. Outside of her professional life, Beth describes herself as a laid-back and introspective individual who prefers to keep a low profile, focusing on creating meaningful change behind the scenes.
