Administrative Officer

Lorena is an Administrator at AkiDwA, bringing over five years of experience in customer support, client success, and administrative operations across a range of sectors including SaaS, hospitality, and the nonprofit space. She has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business from IBAT College Dublin (2023–2024), a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Diploma in Digital Marketing from Los Andes University. She has also earned certifications in Customer Success Management (CCSM Level 1), RStudio, and Power BI. Throughout her career, she has developed strong competencies in customer service (across phone, email, and web chat), office administration, event coordination, and communication in both English and Spanish. Her ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage time efficiently makes her an integral part of the AkiDwA team. Lorena is passionate about inclusion and empowerment, she is driven by a desire to create welcoming environments where individuals, especially women from diverse backgrounds, can feel seen, heard, and supported. Her work is rooted in empathy, efficiency, and the belief that meaningful connections are key to building strong, inclusive communities. Outside of work, she enjoys climbing and dancing, and especially loves connecting with other women through dance a joyful and powerful way to celebrate community.
